The Stables at Brush Creek offers English riding lessons and training for the first time rider to National Champions
While the Stables at Brush Creek is primarily a hunter/jumper barn showing at the local and national level, we also offer a riding school for beginners through competitive clients. Wether you are seeking training for your horse or weekly lessons for yourself, our trainers can give you the best. We also have an amazing "barn family" atmosphere that hosts clinics, children's birthday parties, girl scouts, bon fires and friends nights.
Located a few miles North East of Kansas State University, and Ft. Riley, we coach riders of all ages, from pre-K kiddos through the most adult of the adult amateurs. Our facility is home to the Brush Creek IEA Team (English and Western), the Kansas State University IHSA Western Team, and the Brush Creek Show Team.
Kendall Pray is the owner and head trainer at The Stables at Brush Creek and the coach for both the english and western IEA teams. Kendall has ridden and worked with the best trainers in the hunter/jumper and dressage industries in the U.S. and Canada. She has travelled all over the country to the biggest and most prestigious horse shows, including Capitol Challenge, The Pennsylvania National, and The Washington International Horse Show. Her horsemanship and attention to detail is unsurpassed in the midwest. She also has extensive training in western horsemanship and reining, coaching the 2016 Brush Creek IEA Middle School Western team to National Finals their first year.
